Yes. Your private workspace is encrypted before it touches our database. The other party cannot see anything in your private corner — only messages you choose to send appear in the shared thread. We do not read your conversations, sell your data, or share anything with third parties.
No. The person you invite joins free with just their email address. No account, no credit card, no app to download. One click and they're in.
We'll send them a reminder after 48 hours and again after 7 days. If they still haven't joined after 14 days, the session is archived automatically. You'll be notified before that happens.
When both sides reach an agreement using the mutual confirmation flow (Pro tier), the system records the exact agreed text along with timestamps for when each party offered and accepted. This creates a documented record of mutual consent — useful for disputes where you want proof of what was agreed.
